Ahua's white minimal desk setup — Guangdong, China
In their own words
When setting up your desk, keep it simple and efficient. But hey, when those late night work sessions roll around, embrace the productivity and focus that comes with it! Just remember, burning the midnight oil isn't always the best choice for your health. Take care of yourself, buddy!
— Ahua
Observation notes
When setting up your desk, keep it simple and efficient.
Ahua's desk centers on a Hexcal Studio riser with a built-in LED strip, flanked by a pair of white bookshelf speakers and a transparent, mint-accented keyboard — a clean palette for a freelance video editor spending long stretches in front of the screen. A GSTANDARD tool cabinet and a vintage camping lantern sit just off to the side, next to a trailing palm and a black curtain backdrop.
An iPad on a Satechi stand doubles as a second reference screen, propped near a reed diffuser and a small robot figurine. It reads like a workspace built for the late-night sessions his own notes admit to pulling.
