Matt's warm wood desk setup — Singapore
In their own words
Upgrading your desk setup is a costly and time consuming journey. There may be items which you may not be able to get immediately (due to cost or stock) so take your time to save up and enjoy the process!

Observation notes
Upgrading your desk setup is a costly and time consuming journey.
Matt's desk sits under a cherry-blossom scroll painting, with a Jewel Changi Airport shot on the monitor as the local touch that gives the setup away as Singapore. A pixel-clock and a boxed anime figurine share the shelf with an Eevee and a Pikachu plush, and a Pikachu-and-Eevee edition Nintendo Switch dock sits charged on the far side — collector pieces given as much shelf space as the hardware itself.
Warm LED strip lighting under the monitor riser lifts the wood tone against dark walls, and a low-profile mechanical keyboard paired with a vertical ergonomic mouse rounds out a desk clearly assembled one piece at a time — matching Matt's own read on the process: save up, wait for the right piece, and let the setup grow slowly rather than all at once.
