Philosophy
Mu is a photographer in Taizhou, Jiangsu, who built around a single material commitment: walnut. The desk surface, the wood riser, the shelf brackets — all pulling the same warm grain through. The ASUS 34-inch ultrawide sits centered, Audioengine A2+ v3 speakers flanking at equal height. Behind it: a floor-to-ceiling window with a city bridge arcing over the river. Not a backdrop Mu designed, but not one worth hiding either.
Observation notes
The pegboard on the left handles tools without disorder. Plants fill every corner that isn't gear. The result reads as lived-in rather than staged — personality accumulated over time, not curated for a single shot.
